- Cake Gallery is a private art studio, not a full service bakery. We are a private studio that has limited hours open to walk-in, or retail business.
- We cannot reproduce or copy any copyrighted, trademark characters, or materials. We have a small inventory of Licensed kits other kits may have to be order 10 business days in advance.
- We do not ship cakes. Cake Gallery is not responsible for cakes once they have been picked up from Cake Gallery.
- Pricing is always based on the individual order and complexity of the design. There is a $150.00 minimum order for the smallest tier cake and $1,600.00 minimum order for Sunday delivery. Plus all other normal charges for products and services.
- Weddings, large events: A $100.00 deposit and signed contract is required to book any cake on the calendar. We do not “hold dates” and until we have accepted your deposit you do not have a reserved date/order. Balance due must be paid in full two weeks before delivery. Personal checks will not be accepted after the two week limit.
- Refund Policies: Deposit is refundable up to six months before scheduled delivery. 50% refundable from 6 months to 90 days. After 90 days all funds become non refundable.
- When inquiring about placing an order please be sure to provide the following information: Date of event, number of guests, event location, & a basic idea of the design/colors/theme you are working with.
- We are not a Kosher facility and do not offer any cakes related to dietary restrictions or allergies. When ordering a cake you must choose from the Cake Gallery menu.
- We are a small facility and give our complete attention to each commissioned order that we accept. Our calendar fills up very quickly and we suggest booking your order several weeks in advance to secure your event date.
- We do not book “Special Occasion Cakes” more than 90 days in advance, and “Wedding Cakes” are not booked more than 6 months in advance.
- Cake Gallery reserves the right to refuse service if a customer or financier becomes unruly, abusive or impossible to please.
